This is an interesting nebula. I think the name is a bit misleading, because I can't say that I saw it blinking at me in any way. In any case, I can see why these objects are called "planetary nebulae". This most definitely bares a close resemblance to the color Uranus appears through a telescope. This appeared very bright and was quite easy to find in the constellation Cygnus, on the opposite wing from the more famous Veil Nebula.
